1. There are worksheets, activities, full-color posters, crosswords, word searches, vocabulary, experiments, challenge activities, whole-class brainstorms, small group projects and so much more!
This unit will go in-depth into plant growth and development and the stages of plant growth. There are a number of experiments to test how plants grow, what they need and what conditions are conducive to plant growth. This unit will go through the life cycle of various plants, how the climate affects plants, worksheets on observing plant growth, plant journals, pocket chart activities and more. There is so much in this unit that I tried to photograph and get it into the preview for you.
Each lesson was designed to build on the previous lesson. They were designed with specific expectations to meet the curriculum. Each lesson has a “teacher lead sheet” which will break down the lesson, what books, videos, and slides you will need, questions to ask, resources you will need and it is ready to print and go!
